Our Return Policy
All returns should be in like new, resellable condition or a restocking fee will apply.
No returns can be accepted without an issued RMA number. Simply request an Return Authorization number within 30 days by filling out our Return Authorization Request Form. All returned items should be in like new condition, and must include all original parts and packaging or may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If you would like an exchange, please include the item name, color and size you would prefer. For US customers, we will cover the return shipping on most exchanges at no additional charge.Request a Return Authorization

Holiday shipping times
To help ensure your holiday shipments arrive in time, please keep the following information in mind when you place your order.
• USPS shipping methods, Standard mail and Priority Mail, are not day definite shipping methods. This means that the US Postal Service does not guarantee the exact number of days your shipment will take to arrive. Due to the increase in the volume of pieces of mail they handle, some shipments may take a little longer than average.
For USPS delivery by December 25th, please place your orders before December 17th.
•FedEx shipping options are day definite shipping methods, but during the holidays, even FedEx does not guarantee their delivery times.

Orders are usually shipped the same day when we receive payment before 12pm PST (3pm EST) Monday-Friday. Orders are shipped daily. If an ordered item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible.What are the shipping options?
We offer a number of shipping options, including FedEx Ground and Express, we also ship USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation, and USPS Priority Mail. Delivery time for First Class is usually within 3-5 business days, USPS Priority Mail is typically 2-3 days. Overnight FedEx delivery is also available. FedEx Overnight orders shipping on Friday are delivered on Monday.APO/FPO Addresses
We are happy to ship to APO addresses. Please choose one of the USPS shipping options if you are having an order shipped to an APO address. FedEx is not able to ship to these addresses.International Addresses
We do ship International, the international rates are calculated by the ordering system. On all international orders, customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.How much is shipping and handling?
We offer many different shipping options starting from $5.00 for orders up to one pound, with a U.S. delivery address usually via USPS First Class. We offer a number of other shipping options, including FedEx Ground and Express, we also ship USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation, and USPS Priority Mail. Delivery time for First Class is usually within 3-5 business days, USPS Priority Mail is typically 2-3 days. All shipping options are based on the total weight of the shipment including packing materials. Overnight FedEx delivery is also available starting at $26.50.
